On May 16, 2024, we had the pleasure of attending the Bordeaux Rendezvous event at this esteemed establishment, an experience that solidified our love for the venue even further.

Marché Bacchus: A Gem with a Rich History

The story of Marche Bacchus begins in 2007 when Jeff and Rhonda Wyatt took over the charming French cafe from its previous owners, Gregoire and Agathe Verge, a couple from Burgundy, France. They loved going to this gem in their neighborhood and would escape here several times a week to browse the wine bins, dine on the beautiful lake and just relax in a European setting. They considered Marché Bacchus their second home.

The Opportunity

When they learned that the owners would be selling Marché Bacchus, they knew that they wanted to turn the passion they had for this special place into their life’s work.
